What are the Gateways to Rural Employability programmes?
Our Gateways programmes are a flexible way for adults (aged 19+) to gain the skills and experience needed to get ready to work in rural businesses.
They are a new way for you to plan your learning in a way that meets your needs.
The programmes available are short level 1 qualifications that will:
build your skills and confidence to complete practical activities
support your health and wellbeing
give you options for next steps
support your numeracy and literacy development
