Use these sessions to use nature to complete group and individual tasks to support mindfulness and positive self-talk.

Each session encourages team-working, resilience building, problem solving and regulating emotions.

Sessions begin with energisers and feedback from previous sessions and ends with a ‘take away thought’ or a ‘take away task’ to enable you to continue your self-management at home.

Refreshments and all resources are included for free.

The sessions will take place at the Dunmail Building, Newton Rigg, Penrith, CA11 0AH, which is 2 miles to the west of Penrith.

You can drive to us using what3words: seasonal.inhaler.inhabited and we have plenty of free parking.
