    With drop in sessions, Women’s group, and sessions on Emotional Resilience, Drawing and Talking, Managing Stress and Worry, Assertiveness and Decider Life Skills.

  • Nurture Through Nature

    These FREE short programmes, 2hrs per week, focus on using nature to support mindfulness and positive self-talk. Each session will show you strategies to use nature at home to continue your self-management
